Sebron D. Snyder, II

Member Type Non-member

Sebron’s deep southern roots began in Canton, Mississippi. His youth was spent outdoors, where his imagination was shaped by Southern sensibilities and rural culture.

At the age of eight, an aunt realized and encouraged his talent with a camera. But, it took many years and a five-year military tour in Germany before he truly realized and embraced shooting full-time. After 10 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Sebron was free to pursue his passion.

Sebron’s current focus is on portraiture and in delivering conceptual images, rendered in both realism and truth; constantly searching for ways to bend this truth in creative and subtle ways. He captures the essence of his subject’s personality and exposes the cleverness and beauty of the profound and the mundane. His re-emergence as a photographer, utilizing his experience as a former art director, has allowed Sebron to bring his vast commercial art experience to his present work.

Sebron has lived and worked in Miami and Atlanta, and is currently based Dallas, Texas. Sebron shares his life with his wife, daughter, two dogs, two cats and two very aggressive Beta fish. In his spare time, he is an avid runner, scuba diver, enjoys traveling, playing the guitar and discovering new things.

Sebron has worked for a variety of clients ranging from advertising, editorial to commercial; both regionally and nationally.
