Invest In Your Leadership

Do you find yourself wondering:

•  How can you equip yourself to be a truly inclusive (not just performative) leader;
•  How can you open up the potential of direct reports, coworkers or creative partners who may not share the same identity, background or perspective as you; or
•  How can you bring out the highest expression of creativity in teams that may come from different identities, perspectives and agendas?

The AIGA Embodied Inclusive Leadership training is a transformational program that equips creative professionals with the skills to lead with empathy and inclusivity. Through interactive sessions, participants learn to cultivate an inclusive mindset, communicate effectively, and develop emotional intelligence. Facilitated by DEI specialists, the program provides a safe space for open discussions on topics like unconscious bias and power dynamics.
