About AIGA Membership

Join AIGA to connect with your craft on a national and local level.

As the largest professional membership organization for design, AIGA offers you deep personal connections with neighbors in your community and across the nation. By joining AIGA, you are supporting a network of creative changemakers, problem solvers, and professional leaders.

As an AIGA member, you will receive access to benefits including professional development, continuing education on a local and national level, discounted rates to select programs and events, access to virtual webinars, leadership opportunities, and exclusive member discounts — not to mention access to a network of mentors, influential designers, design educators, and more.

AIGA chapters are the heart of the organization. Each chapter is a local network offering meaningful connections through in-person and remote events tailored to your unique design community driven by volunteer leaders just like you. Find your chapter in the links below.

How to Join

The first step to becoming a member is to create an account on my.aiga.org. From there, you will choose your membership level. Membership starts at $50/year, with monthly payment plans available on Supporting and above levels.

About half of AIGA’s funding comes directly from membership dues, which means your money is shared directly with chapters to impact your local creative community. Every participation level will offer you a wide range of tangible benefits, as well as some intangible ones as well – which can be some of the most meaningful aspects of being an AIGA member.
