Do you know any online classes (with real instructors and deadlines) for learning user experience design?—@Eliz_Design
This has been one of the most popular questions I’ve received so far, and goes to show the how high the demand for UX designers and UX design learning is.
Before taking a look at my recommendations below, I want to note that there are many online classes and resources out there that cover various components
of UX design individually. Since UX design is an analytical and sequential method of theory and application, it's challenging to pinpoint one particular
course that truly covers the breadth and depth of its foundations, partly because much of what is learnt with UX design comes from hands-on experience and
constantly evolving technologies.
These online learning resources are just a starting point (some have deadlines and some do not).
An online learning marketplace where 4 million+ students are taking courses in everything from programming to yoga to photography and more. Each of the
18,000+ courses is taught by an expert instructor, and every course is available on-demand, so students can learn at their own pace, on their own time, and on any device.
General AssemblyA global community of individuals empowered to pursue work they love by offering full-time immersive programs, long-form courses, and classes and workshops
on the most relevant skills of the 21st century, from web development and user experience design to business fundamentals, data science, product management, and digital marketing.
An online learning community to master real-world skills through project-based classes.
Learn from over 1,000 videos created by expert teachers on web design, coding, business, and much more. The library is continually refreshed with the
latest on web technology.
A leading online learning company that helps anyone improve their business, software, technology, and creative skills to achieve personal and professional
goals. Through individual, corporate, academic, and government subscriptions, members have access to a rich video library of engaging, top-quality courses
taught by recognized industry experts.
By searching UX courses or classes within the above platforms, you should be able to hone in on what works for you in terms of cost, time constraints, and
your desired learning outcomes. The guys at UX Mastery also do a great job in providing up-to-date and relevant information for aspiring user experience designers and have compiled a list that can fast-track your search process.

As fellow professionals, we want you to know that we welcome and encourage our membership to be involved with how AIGA Baltimore is run just as much as any board member. As with many professional groups, we are regulated by our chapter bylaws, a formal document that dictates how we govern ourselves. It is a common practice for non-profits to revise their bylaws to be able to reflect the changing landscape and realities of our expanding and dynamic organization. Review our chapter's updated bylaws.
