A native of Montréal, Canada and a principal at Objective Subject, David earned a Diplôme d’Études Collégiales in Graphic Design from Dawson College. After a stint studying philosophy, Landor Associates lured him back to design and David moved to New York City. There, he created work for the education foundation Horizons National, packaging for Smirnoff, and a branding system for Embraer’s executive jets. David switched continents to join the team of award-winning, Frankfurt-based studio Hauser Lacour. He worked on diverse projects, such as the exhibition and website design for the Frankfurter Kunstverein, a contemporary arts institution; information architecture for Germany’s number one automobile website, David has led various accounts including Associated Press, Council on Foreign Relations, NYC Parks Department and Starbucks. David is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and of the Usability Professionals' Association, New York Chapter.
