Paula Zuccotti is a leading expert in global consumption and a respected authority in consumer behavior and product interaction. With more than 15 years of experience working for products, brands, and services, she founded the research and creative consultancy agency TheOverworld. Formerly, she helped develop Seymourpowell’s renowned ethnographic research for 12 years as director of futures and head of research. She’s worked with renowned companies like Google Creative Lab, Starbucks, McKinsey, R/GA, and LG. In 2015, she launched her first book, Every Thing We Touch: A 24-Hour Inventory of Our Lives. Zuccotti has a B.A. Honors in industrial design from the University of Buenos Aires and an M.A. in strategy and innovation from Brunel University. She is Argentine-Italian, a mother of two, and has lived in London for the past 17 years.
