Decode the Vote

Decode the Vote
Submitted By Nijel Taylor
Chapter New York
Artist Statement Every election cycle, tons and tons of misinformation is provided to voters in an effort to confuse and discourage voters across the country. Furthermore voter ID Laws primarily prevent the poor, the elderly, and people of color from voting. To vote is to stand out, and stand up to issues that directly affect your future. This poster employs a custom display typeface that resembles binary code. The word "VOTE" is revealed with American colors and stands out from a sea of illegible words and data.
