Where's the Hope—Participate in Democracy

Where's the Hope—Participate in Democracy

Chapter Washington DC
Artist Statement This year’s election cycle is particularly contentious, more than any in recent memory. That fact, combined with Americans' general dissatisfaction with the candidates, has created a really lethargic electorate, one that holds little hope for tomorrow. I contend our only hope, is to actively participate in our democratic process by voting—it’s our duty. Remember, this year, not casting a vote is as good as a vote for the opposing candidate. Can you live with that for the next four years?
