Artist Statement I was a registered voter during the 2004 election and voted between 2004 and 2008. In 2010, I moved out of the state I was registered in and remained unregistered until recently. During the time I was unregistered, I would complain about politics. A good friend of mine made it clear that if you don't vote, you can't complain. So I registered to vote again.
