Chapter Hampton Roads

We all must be responsible in our actions, purchases, teachings and how we respond to someone. We all have rights, but those rights end when they infringe on the rights of others. In everything we do, design, speak and broadcast, there should be an underlying responsibility on how what we do is perceived. Own a gun, know how to take care of it, know what to do with it and not to do with it. Be responsible in the teaching of this. Know the true meaning of responsibility.
