Why should I book in the official conference hotel?

Booking within the block at our official conference hotel will guarantee you the lowest available room rates. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to continue informal conversations and networking with fellow attendees who are also staying at the hotel.

Additionally, booking your hotel accommodations only at our designated conference hotel, you assist AIGA with meeting our contractual commitments, allowing us to spend more of our resources providing the benefits of the meeting promised to our attendees. If you book at a non-conference hotel, or outside of our room block, it impacts AIGA's ability to execute this year’s program and future events as designed.
