                        Hand lettering should be fun and easy. With the right tools and the right teacher you too can make everything feel like a 1980's middle America Grocery Store... Learn how to write fast to get great scripts that you can use in your work and turn into vectors. 

                        But really there's more—every person who registers for this workshop gets a set of Petra Pens. This is taught by Petra Dočekalová The Director of Quality at BriefcaseType.

                          Hands-on in the Hot Shop with Seattle Glassblowing Studio- Waitlist Only

                          Join your fellow designers for a one-of-a-kind offsite experience. Attendees will go  hands-on in the Seattle Glassblowing Studio hot shop, choosing their own glass shapes and color applications and utilizing proper blowing techniques to create a piece of glass artwork that is theirs to keep after the cooling period. Attendees will work with an experienced glassblower throughout the session. Typical shape options include ornaments, seafloats and bowls.

                          Pre-registration is and a materials fee is required to attend. It is approximately 15 minutes walking from the Seattle Convention Center. 

                           

                            Our symposia are topic-specific deep dives across four distinct topics featuring industry experts as curators and hosts.
