2022 AIGA In-Person Conference FAQs

COVID & Vaccination Policies

Yes, attendees must have received a full dose of a COVID vaccine no later than March 6, 2022.

We will ask you to bring proof of vaccination with you to check in at event registration on March 20, 2022. At the time of registration, we will ask you to share your vaccination date(s), if you have already received your dose(s). Medical and religious exemptions will be honored.

We will ask all attendees to wear masks during presentations. Masks are a required element of hotel and event staff uniforms.

Chairs will be spaced out X feet in the general session. Attendees are encouraged to share their socialization comfort by using our identifying resources.

There will be hand sanitizer stations at every elevator landing and throughout the hotel. The hotel practices enhanced cleaning protocols for every space of the hotel; especially for high-traffic spaces and high-touch surfaces.

No COVID testing will be required to gain admittance to the event. Vaccination is required for all attendees unless exempt. If you are showing signs of illness, or you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive with COVID please get tested prior to arrival.

Groups of 4 or more registering together will receive $100 off of each registration. Group discounts do not apply to registrations at our already discounted rates (student, educator, nonprofit, or government).
