Hiring great creative talent is a key part of a team leader’s role. Finding creative talent with the precise skills and competencies needed to grow your business is only part of the battle. Ensuring you have the right mix of talent, culture, and fit are essential when building a high performing team. And once you identify promising candidates, you still need to convince them to come on board–and stay when other tempting employment opportunities arise.

AIGA executive director Julie Anixter will host a lively discussion with some of today’s top design leaders about their hiring goals, challenges, failures, and successes. You’ll also learn what it takes to find the best talent to fit your needs and company culture.

Joining Julie are Diane Domeyer from The Creative Group, Sara Frisk from Salesforce, and Andrew Vollo from SGK.
