Speaker bio

Ann Harakawa and Two Twelve are known for creating logical and perfectly executed wayfinding strategies, master plans, and environmental graphics. They specialize in complex, multi-stakeholder projects for major clients in healthcare, education, transportation, government, and the corporate world. As CEO of Two Twelve, she guides all business activities in New York City and Honolulu.

Harakawa is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and Yale, and a Fulbright Scholar. Harakawa was a longtime board member of the Art Directors Club, and is currently on the board of governors for the Japanese American National Museum as well as the board of directors for the Design Trust for Public Space.
