About this
video
Dr. Naif Al-Mutawa, creator of The 99,
the first comic series based on Islamic culture and history, shares his
entrepreneurial journey—from an idea born out of years as a clinical
psychologist to Kuwaiti prisoners of war, to a comic book series
published in eight languages and counting, to a theme park in Kuwait, to
a global animation series produced by Endemol and written by some of
Hollywood’s top writers. Al-Mutawa discusses the way one idea can not
only reinvent business but can also help change people, cultures and the
world.
