    Join AIGA for a virtual “Insight” town hall meeting on the new membership structure  

    On September 27 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern (10:00 a.m. Pacific), AIGA Executive Director Ric Grefé will host a virtual town hall meeting to discuss AIGA’s new membership structure, explain its goal of making membership accessible to more people who believe in the value of design and want to promote professionalism, and answer questions.

    Everyone is welcome to attend; a member login is not required to participate.

    How to participate

    To join the town hall meeting click on the following link: http://my-aiga.adobeconnect.com/insight/

    You can enter the webinar room using your Adobe Connect log-in email address and password (if you have one) or you can enter the room as a guest. You may be prompted to install an Adobe Connect Add-in, a two-minute process.

    The meeting room will open at 1:00 p.m. ET/10:00 a.m. PT. Once the meeting begins, you will be in listen-only mode. Your audio will be connected through the speakers on your computer so make sure they are turned on! Type your questions into the Q&A pod located on the right side of your screen.

    To minimize audio and video interference during the presentation:

    • A wired, Ethernet connection is recommended
    • Make sure all other applications using the internet are closed on your computer
    • To the best of your ability, join the webinar in a quiet environment
    • If you are joining from an office, request minimal server activity during the webinar
