Etsy is a marketplace and platform for independent, creative
businesses. Last year the Etsy community sold
over $500 million in handmade and vintage products in more than 150 countries.
That makes for a lot of work to be done: features invented and defined,
interfaces created and refined, communications written and designed. Our
11-person in-house design team consists of the Etsy Design Studio, which
designs and art directs for events, publications and campaigns, and several
product designers who design interfaces and interactions on-site and in our
apps.
Here are a handful of iPhone photos, taken by designers at
Etsy, that capture the love for design and spirit of making that’s built into
the Etsy DNA and company culture.
