Hello, I’m Cathy. I’m the principal of Wheelhouse Collective.

I’m energized by those who love design. Truly love design. I love working with social entrepreneurs that value design. I’ve learned I will never turn my back on a cause I believe in. I love innovative businesses and nonprofits ... people with big ideas and even bigger plans. I love to get in at the beginning of the dream, and then be part of making it come true. To me, this kind of work is more than just rewarding. It's inspiring.

I’ve been an active member of the design community and AIGA since 1999, volunteering and serving in the roles of Nebraska chapter president, director of communication and director of education.

As the principal of Wheelhouse, I build the just-right team for each client and project, then lead everyone to create work that is conceptual, honest and memorable. Working side by side with these multi-disciplinary teams of: writers, photographers, illustrators, web developers, public relations and social media people from all over the world, creating powerful ideas and unique solutions that bring strong results.

Every new project begins with some soul searching, research, and conversations about who you are and what you stand for. Because I believe that the very best design doesn’t bring something new to your brand; it uncovers something true.

Good Design. Postitive Change.
