On my way to and from work everyday I listen to audiobooks, talks, podcasts, creative morning talks, webinars, udemy courses, etc. I've been doing it for a little over a year and it has made a word of difference!

Thanks so much Ram for answering my question and putting together this list! Much appreciated! In my research I've also found some additional resources to add to your great list for anyone else interested: (Note: I haven’t tried any of these yet) This paid 3 month online UX design course by Career Foundry looks pretty good; you get assignments and your UX mentor works with you real-time to give personalized feedback on your progress: http://careerfoundry.com/courses/ux-design (they also have a track for web development). I found this detailed compilation of online UX courses by UX Mastery: http://uxmastery.com/resources/ux-courses/ As well as some course reviews: http://uxmastery.com/category/reviews/ Free self-paced UX course called User Experience for the Web (WebUX) by Open2Study: https://www.open2study.com/courses/user-experience-for-the-web List of Top Certification Programs for UX Professionals put together by User Testing (all paid): http://www.usertesting.com/blog/2014/10/06/ux-certification-programs/
