Bio

My imagination was set in motion very early in life. One day in the first grade I was staring out the window daydreaming. It was a typical, beautiful day in Pasadena, California. My stare was broken when a bird landed on a branch of a nearby tree. Moments later when the bird left its branch my thoughts and my imagination flew away with it.

Children's illustrations have ignited my desire to create from an early age. Two of my early influential books were The Little Red Caboose by Marian Potter and part of the Janet and Mark book series, Real and Make Believe. The connection I made with the illustrations and the inspirational plots helped to set my own imagination free, which to this day has never stopped. As a young adult I fell in love with the game of baseball and with radio. After many years realizing my dream job working in radio as a disc jockey and a sports reporter covering the San Diego Padres, I embarked down another creative trail. That trail led to The Art Institute of California - San Diego.

In March 2011 I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. I thrive on taking my creativity, distinct imagination and artistic skills to the next level in everything I create. I've got the design bug and I hope to design one day for you.

A native of Southern California - I reside in San Diego, California with my wife and daughter. I love my family and I love the San Diego Padres!

Frank, thanks for the article. I enjoy being inspired by those before me and around me, yet the feeling of creating something of my own is a nice feeling.
