Jamie Turpin received her Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University at the Architecture, Planning and Design School. As an undergraduate student, Jamie had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Jamie spent her professional career as a project designer in Dallas, Texas and Kansas City, Missouri. Her experience ranges from retail renovations to corporate new construction, identity designs to branded environments, conceptual drawings to construction documents, and website design. Jamie’s passion and determination led her to Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) where she recently finished her Master of Arts degree in Graphic Design. This past year she's received an ADDY award from the AAF Savannah, two Gold SCADDY Awards from SCAD, an A8 design award from AIGA KC, Print Communications Semifinalist recognition in the Adobe Design Achievement Awards and her work was selected to exhibit at the Opening of the SCAD Museum of Art.
