Sonjia B. Erickson

Sonjia Erickson is a Minneapolis-based Creative Director and owner of Art Garden Studios. She is also the editor of Blue Bergitt, a website dedicated to fueling inspiration and celebrating creativity.

Over the course of her 20-year career, Sonjia has led design teams for a number of exceptional companies, including Mara-Mi, Manhattan Toy and Launch House Creative. Her products have been carried by thousands of specialty retailers throughout the US, Canada and Europe, and featured on HGTV and Extreme Home Makeover. She has developed exclusive lines for Marks & Spenser, Anthropologie, Barnes & Noble, Office Max and Cirque du Soleil, to name a few. She’s known for her passion for great product, as evidenced by her willingness to drive across two states in a blizzard to hit a worthy sample sale.
