| Bio | Hello! My name is Anne Racioppi and I am 30 years old. I am a self-taught freelance graphic designer with over 7 years of professional experience in the design industry with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Once being just a hobby, graphic
design has become my full time occupation. (But don't worry about the self-taught thing. I did eventually go back to school for it so I *can* say that I know what I'm talking about.)
I spent free time during my college years at Rutgers University discovering Photoshop. My enjoment of designing really blossomed my senior year. It all started with a project in my 400-level Geology class. We had to create two time lines of major events in
earth and life history - the Cryptozoic (pre-Cambrian) and the Phanerozoic (time of biodiversity). My professor, Marie-Pierre Aubry, was so impressed that she showed my posters to the Museum of Natural History and the Smithsonian to do whatever she could to
have them exhibited. She hired me to work for herself and her collegues in the Rutgers Geology Department immediately after graduation as a publisher, designer, and illustrator. And the rest is history. (I have images of those posters in my Portfolio section.)
By now I’ve completed a lot of projects that you can find in my portfolio and I’m ready to help you meet the goals and needs you may have. Client satisfaction is the confidence behind why I work. My goal is to help you achieve exactly what you’re looking for
whether it be brand identity, a brochure, poster, catalog, apparel, packaging, or a logo design.
I’m a qualified graphic designer and graphic artist. I’m proficient in Photoshop CS4, Illustrator CS4, InDesign CS4, Mac OS X, Windows PC, & MS Office. I never stop learning and mastering new skills. I utilize the tremendous design community with its many great
resources and tutorials to incorporate into my quiver of design techniques. |
