The AIGA Designer Directory is the largest and most complete listing of design professionals in the world. All current AIGA members may be listed in the directory, and may specify the amount of information to reveal in their listings. Professional and associate members who have agreed to abide by the professional standards of the organization are denoted with an AIGA logo. The directory is searchable by name, company, location and areas of practice.
What are the conditions of use?
By using the Directory, you accept and agree to be bound by
the following terms and conditions: This Directory shall be used
for individual, personal and confidential reference purposes only. The Directory and its contents are proprietary products
of AIGA. The contents of the Directory may not, in whole or in
part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer
database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing list, or
otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except
for the user's individual, personal and confidential reference.
AIGA actively pursues violations of these conditions.
How do I use the online directory?
You can search for a member on last name, first name, company,
city or state as well as area of practice.
When you search on last name, first name, company or city, the
search is a wildcard search. For instance, if you type “hat” into
the box labeled “Last name,” the directory will find matches on
“Chatham,” “Hatcher,” “Whatley,” etc.
Directory queries work best with minimal information. Entering
the first few letters will give better results than completing all
For example: If you were looking for Sandy Kowalsky, but you
don't remember how to spell her name, or you don't know that she
might be listed as “Sandra”, you might search on:
First name: Sand
Last name: Kow
The query results will bring you a list of names. If one of
these names is the one you were looking for, you can click on the
name to display a complete member profile.
If you were unable to retrieve the right member's record, click
on your browser's “back” button to refine your search.
Not all members have completed their profiles, so searching on
areas of practice in combination with any other criteria may result
in no matches.
Who is included in the directory?
This directory includes current AIGA professional, associate and
student members. Only professional and associate members are able
to indicate their areas of practice, so student members will not be
displayed as a result of a search including those criteria.
Why isn't so-and-so in the directory?
There are three reasons why someone would be missing from the
