|Description||The voting rights we have as American citizens were fought for over the course of our country's history. The battle for women_s suffrage took more than seven decades. Failing to fulfill the civic responsibility of voting trivializes the efforts of the individuals who suffered to make suffrage a reality in the United States. Taking the form of a political button, this poster honors the suffragettes and celebrates the upcoming 100-year anniversary of a woman_s right to vote in New York State (2017).|
