The Electoral College
|Submitted By||Brandon Silverstein|
|Description||The winner of the popular vote does not determine who is elected president. The electoral college is a system that awards a specific number of votes to each state based on representation in Congress. The stars of the flag have been replaced by the number of electoral votes granted to each state in alphabetical order. First candidate to 270 electoral votes wins.|
