Apathy Prevents Progress

Apathy Prevents Progress
Submitted By Victoria Jeffries
Chapter Philadelphia
Description One of the most significant roadblocks in the success of the democratic process is apathetic voters. In order for democracy to function as it should, all citizens need to have a say and a voice. Unfortunately, low voter turnout is a perpetual problem in the election process. Progress cannot be made and democracy cannot thrive with a passive population that does not vote and make their voices heard.
