What’s included
Your conference registration includes admission to all
sessions. Pre- and post-conference events may require separate,
additional fees. Details will be available in the spring of 2012.
Registration policies
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and
video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and
educational purposes in connection with AIGA conferences and activities,
in corresponding publications, in AIGA‘s archives and on AIGA‘s
website.
Substitutions must be from member to member or from
nonmember to nonmember, otherwise the difference in per person registration fees is due.

Cancellation policy
There will be a $100 cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to
June 6, 2012. AIGA will refund 50 percent of conference fees paid for
cancellations made between June 7 and September 10, 2012. No refunds
will be available after September 10, 2012. All ticket sales for pre-
and post-conference events are final, no refunds will be granted.
Conference is subject to cancellation or change. Liability is limited
to funds remitted for conference registration and sponsorship fees.

Can we get a discount for group registrations?
Discounts are available for three or more people registering from the
same company. This offer does not apply to AIGA student and/or educator members; a significant discount
is already available online. Group registrations will be available after February 1, 2012.
