Mark Randall, Gala co-chair and founder of Worldstudio Foundation, introduces the Worldstudio AIGA Scholarships, which aim to increase diversity in the design profession and foster social and environmental responsibility. Five of the twenty-two 2008–2009 recipients—Lyanne Dubon, Ethan Bodnar, Camilo Godoy, Carla Mickens and Christina Choe—take the stage while images from the students’ portfolios are projected.
