Design Legends Gala
The fifth annual Design Legends Gala will be held on Thursday, September 18 at Chelsea Piers (23rd Street at the Hudson River) in New York City. This event will honor 2008 recipients of:
- The AIGA medal: Gail Anderson, Clement Mok and LeRoy Winbush
- The AIGA Corporate Leadership Award
- The AIGA Fellow Award, including: Antonio Alcalá (DC); James Robert Watson (Oklahoma); Reed Agnew (Pittsburgh); Don Moyer (Pittsburgh); Grant Smith (Pittsburgh); Thomas Ingalls (San Francisco); and Jennifer Morla (San Francisco)
- The Winterhouse Award for Design Writing & Criticism
- The 2008/2009 Worldstudio AIGA scholarships
