About AIGA Chicago

AIGA Chicago is one of the largest and most active Chapters of the AIGA. Founded in 1986, the AIGA Chicago is a dynamic community of over 1300 members, including designers, communication professionals, design educators and students. We are a leader in advocating the importance and prominence of design; and we provide a forum for our members to learn, enhance their skills and celebrate their craft within the living and breathing design heritage of this great city.

The Chicago Chapter offers a variety of events and programs throughout the year, that are open to members as well as the local design community and interested public. These programs range from discussions with well-known thought leaders to studio visits to student portfolio shows to social evenings. Our popular Annual Members Meeting is a celebration of our membership and their achievements as well as an acknowledgment to our generous sponsors.

We invite you to explore our Chapter as well as design Chicago-style at aigachicago.org
