Center for Practice Management

AIGA’s Center for Practice Management establishes resources to assist members with internal operational issues related to the daily management of design studios. The AIGA Center for Practice Management provides valuable guidance to independent designers as well as to managers in larger design firms.

The AIGA Center for Practice Management (CPM) will be made available on several fronts. On the national level, the CPM website (coming soon) will drive the initiative by housing extensive information and resources related to the operational elements of the business of design, while local events will enhance the programming side.

Additionally, a series of webinars will be offered by the AIGA Center for Practice Management to be broadcast over the web and will consist of a power point presentation that will be broadcast concurrently with a discussion hosted by CPM chair, Shel Perkins.
