What constitutes appropriate and effective design research for the classroom?
Join design faculty, students and professionals on March 14–15 in Cincinnati, Ohio for the 2014 Design Educators Conference, “Connecting Dots: Research, Education, Practice.” Attendees will participate in panels, roundtable discussions and other learning activities to explore the research ideas, ideals and practices of design educators and professionals.
Conference conclusions will be published with proposed research guidelines for communication design, in an effort to shift from methods replete with intuition and anecdote to design research methodologies which are both academically sound and professionally valuable.
