Retreat registration deadline: Friday, April 25
You only have 15 days to register for the 2008 AIGA Leadership Retreat.

Each chapter is required by the annual affiliation agreement to send at least one board member to the retreat.

Space limitations in the meeting areas at the Embassy Suites require us to limit each chapter to three (3) attendees, although the 10 largest chapters (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, Minnesota, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle) may send up to six (6) attendees.

If you plan to send fewer than the total number of board members allotted, please inform Katie English; we’ll then know if there are slots available to chapters seeking to bring one additional board member.

Hotel reservation deadline: May 8
All sessions of the Leadership Retreat will be held at the Embassy Suites Omaha-Downtown.

The cut-off date for reservations is Thursday, May 8. Reservations made after May 8 will be taken by the hotel on a space and rate available basis. To avoid room/tax penalties, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival.
