2017 AIGA Awards Gala
You’re invited to design’s social event of the year
Join us for an evening with the biggest movers and shakers of the creative industry—celebrating both the 2017 Medalists and Corporate Leadership Award honoree—and empowering the next generation of designers with your contribution. The 2017 Gala will take place Friday, April 21, 2017 at Pier Sixty, 23rd Street and the West Side Highway, New York City.
The evening honors distinguished practitioners and leaders—to be announced later this month—whose persistent forward thinking and profound mastery of their craft have helped reimagine design’s impact in business, education, and our communities. The proceeds from the event will benefit the most important programs of AIGA and the New York Chapter, providing access, education, and preservation of design through programs like Worldstudio AIGA Scholarships to support minority and economically disadvantaged students who are studying art and design disciplines in colleges and universities in the U.S.; and educational and networking events—ensuring that the profession stays vibrant, relevant, and strong to the community we serve.
