Air travel

Delta airlines is offering discounted fares of up to 10 percent for Minneapolis (MSP) flights. When booking online, select Book a Flight, then Advance Search and enter Meeting Event Code NMPHZ. Discounts are also available by calling Delta Meeting Reservations (Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. ET) at 800 328 1111. Please note there’s a ticketing fee for all phone reservations.

Ground transportation

The Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (MSP) is 13 miles from downtown Minneapolis.

Taxi
One-way fare is approximately $32–$38.

Shared van service
SuperShuttle is offering a discount of $1 for one-way and $4 for round-trip travel between MSP and your hotel for attendees who make online reservations in advance.

Light rail
The Blue Line of the Metro Transit light-rail connects the airport (Humphrey Station-terminal 2 or Lindbergh Station-terminal 1) to the downtown area. The total one-way trip takes approximately half an hour and costs between $1.75 and $2.25 depending on your destination and time of day. Once you’re in Minneapolis, the light rail and bus are great ways to explore the city.
